From helpful advice on navigating which space to hold your event (they have several, versatile options) to providing so many of the necessary things for a weddding (tables, chairs, linens, plates), Lake Natoma in makes wedding planning feel less burdensome. Their food is amazing, their execution is top notch, and Jackie's personal help from beginning to end ensures you do no go into the wedding stressed. I was very OCD about timing, decorating, vendors, and our food. She and her team so were on top of it all, so much so that she helped me sneak in a surprise Flower Man and we were 10-30 minutes ahead of schedule up until the reception. If you are looking for a small-ish, intimate wedding with close friends and family this is the venue. All of my guests said my wedding was perfect and I couldn't have done it without Jackie and the staff! Thank you for making it perfect! "Weird review. But stay with me lol So we ended up not being able to use Lake Natomas Inn as our venue as we ran into some financial hardships and couldn't pull it off. THAT BEING SAID. This is the most beautiful venue and wonderful energy filled place we toured. Not to mention Jackie is just the most amazing person as well. Through all our ups and downs and even a possibility of pulling it together at the last minute Jackie was absolutely an amazing support system. One thing I've gathered from all of this wedding planning is it is important that you can trust the person you're essentially planning this wedding with and Jackie would've given me the most beautiful day I just know it. The scenery is beautiful, the spaces are so great, but do not discount how important it is to have a coordinator as confident and good vibing as Jackie. Again I know it's an odd review considering I didn't get to have my wedding here, but really this place was so great I almost feel like eloping since we couldn't pull this place off."
-Jonell "We loved having our wedding here and Jackie (the venue's coordinator) is far and beyond the #1 reason why. She is SO kind, communicative, knowledgable, helpful, detail-oriented, and dependable. Give this woman a raise! She helped keep us organized and promptly answered any questions leading up to the event, and guided us through things the day of. She was so attentive and kind, like when I spilled my drink on myself as soon as I sat down for dinner and she immediately went and got me a replacement. She even left us a heartfelt handwritten note in a gift bag in the hotel room. It was really nice having a wedding where most things were provided by the venue (linens, candles, an aisle runner, etc.). It was like 102 degrees the day of our wedding and the Sierra Ballroom's A/C was great - stayed nice and cool. We chose the bigger ballroom instead of the cute Grand Pavilion because it had more room and were glad we did. We had 130 people and it felt nicely filled up, but not crowded. We were able to pay a little extra to have our wedding go until 11pm which was nice. We didn't love the food at the tasting but Jackie assured us it would be better for the wedding, and it was! The food was good and a lot of people said they liked it a lot. Super convenient having a wedding at a hotel where everyone can stay there. And you can hit up Sutter St. after too!" -Amanda |
"Lake Natoma Inn was the perfect venue for our wedding! Close to the historic downtown Folsom and with a lovely backdrop especially for a fall wedding like ours. In addition, Jackie and her team were simply fantastic from the very first day. They were very well organized, responded quickly and helped to keep the entire process moving smoothly. This was especially helpful considering we only had 3 months to pull off the wedding. There was even a little mishap with the floral arrangement during the wedding and Jackie went out of her way to handle things herself. Just amazing service and dedication! All said and done, we could not have been happier with our experience and would highly recommend Jackie and Lake Natoma Inn to anyone looking for a wedding venue"
-Ryan & Susana "From day one at Lake Natoma inn we felt cared about, individualized, and like our wedding dream could come true. Jackie (our wedding coordinator) was absolutely amazing from day one to our beautiful day finding and giving ideas to ways to make our vision come true in a way that met our needs and the venues. She explained the process really well from the day we toured, to the day we signed a contract to have our wedding there. We had originally wanted our wedding in Monterey but pricing there was way out of our budget so looked closer to the Sacramento area and Lake natomas inn felt like a good compromise but what we didn’t know was that it would quickly become the beautiful place we always remember as our wedding day. We did the gazebo ceremony site with the reception room attached to it and both the ceremony and reception area are gorgeous alone so you don’t have to add a lot of decorations which helps with all of your other budget. Lake natoma inn is one of the only wedding venues in the Sacramento area that is affordable/doesn’t make you feel like you’re having to ruin your finances to have your big day. And believe me, we looked at so many venues. The suite you can book for the night of the wedding and use for getting ready (which we did and I had 10 total bridal Party members hang out and get glammed for the day of) is absolutely amazing. Our actual ceremony and reception were run so smoothly and a lot of that had to do with Jackie making sure it happened. What I loved the most was our ability to really individualize our wedding and add our touches whereas a lot of other venues provide simple options with limited ability to personalize based on other places we toured. The food was absolutely amazing and we got that feedback from our guests as well. You are invited to a date to taste event included in your package where you get to taste all the food options you can choose for your wedding day and that was a plus. Our wedding day was so magical and beautiful and a lot of that thanks goes to lake natoma inn. We will cherish this memory forever. ❤️" -Crystal |
