She was so inviting, friendly and helpful! We arrived earlier than anticipated for our anniversary getaway and she was able to upgrade us from two queens (when booking we were told that's all they had left) to a king suite (at added cost), with a beautiful garden and pool view and earlier than typical! We learned early in our visit that parking in Old Town Folsom is a problem. She informed us of a walking shortcut and thereafter walking downtown was easy! This property is very nice and all of the staff is very friendly and accomodating. Great location too, for fairly easy walk to downtown areas! Plenty of free parking and so many places to walk to if you want to grab a bite to eat or go shopping at the lovely boutiques located just a block from the hotel.
