Check-in time starts at 4pm. Early check-ins may be accepted depending on availability (an additional fee may be incurred). Check out time is 11am. Late check outs may be accepted dependent on availability for an additional fee.

We accept all major credit cards for room & tax payment, or cash. Payment for the room & tax is required upon check-in from the guest with their matching valid ID. Be advised that full payment for room & tax for your stay, along with a $250 deposit (credit card only) for incidentals will be required upon check in.

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy prior to scheduled check in time. Guests may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the check-in date. Should you cancel after the time frame allowed the credit card on file will be utilized for room & tax on the first night.

The hotel is a pet-free property. We do accept service animals and require them to be registered with us upon check-in. Emotional support animals are not accepted.

Outdoor Seasonal Pool & Hot Tub, 24 Hour Fitness Center, 24 Hour Business Center, Natoma Bar & Grill for Breakfast & Dinner, and Same Day Valet Laundry Service (off site service).

From the airport we recommend using Uber/Lyft services which is roughly 30 miles/45 minutes. Depending on where your travels are taking you, there is also the Light Rail Station that stops one block from the hotel & runs to Downtown Sacramento.

The hotel offers dining in the Natoma Bar & Grill or you can place orders to go. We do not deliver to hotel rooms. We are open for breakfast & dinner (days & hours may vary).

Everything is within walking distance, which makes our location even better. We have the lake behind us with paddleboard/kayak rentals nearby, the trail with bike rentals nearby, and being in the Historic District offering an abundance of entertainment from nightlife, dining, shopping & personal services.

All rooms include the following: Simmons World Class Felicity Pillow Top Mattresses, Complimentary High-Speed Wi-Fi, In room Coffee & Safe, Microwave & Mini Fridge, Iron & Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, Flat Screen TVs with Pay-Per-View Movies & Music, Second Data Port, Work Desk, Clock Radio, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel, Lotion.

Lake Natoma is located right behind the hotel on a beautiful trail provided by the CA State Parks. Unfortunately, there is no view from the hotel rooms although we do have rooms facing the nature side of the property by request.
