Rooms & Rates
All rates and room types include access to all property amenities. All standard room types are on a space available basis at check in only.
We will accept a room type request at the time of booking and do our best to accommodate these requests at check in time. All suite room types
are guaranteed at time of booking.
24 Hours prior to arrival date - cancellations must be made by 4 pm on the day before arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night
room rate + tax.
Extra rollaway bed is $20 Charge.
Cribs are $10 Charge.
Children under 18 are free when occupying 1 room with parent(s).
Handicapped Facilities
Handicapped rooms are equipped with bars in the shower, stool for shower and bars near toilet.
Pet Policy
A $15/night fee is added per pet, as well as a $45 non refundable cleaning charge.

Check Out: 11:00 AM
Early Departure Fee
Should you need to depart earlier than your scheduled check out date please let us know by the day prior to your departure or an early check out fee of one nights room and tax at the quoted rate will be added to your bill.
Smoking Rooms
The hotel no longer offers smoking rooms. All guest rooms are non-smoking. The penalty for smoking in a non-smoking room is $200.00. Designated smoking areas are located outside the front entrance of the hotel and on the back patio.
Credit Card Paying Guests
In addition to authorizing room and tax, we authorize a $100 (or more) deposit to cover incidental charges such as food and beverage charges, phone calls, movies, etc. On a debit card the authorization is cleared by the bank 4-5 business days after you check out.
Cash Paying Guests (applies if you do not have a credit card)
Payment for room and tax is required in full upon check in. We also require an additional $100.00 cash deposit which is held against any incidental charges you might incur. Incidental charges may include, but are not limited to; room service, movie, long distance telephone charges or room damages. Upon check out your room will be inspected and any money due back will be paid to you in cash at that time.
